Praise be to Allah. Firstly: The Holy Qur'an speaks of the mountains and explains that Allah, may He be exalted, created them so as to make the earth stable and, so that it would not shake or move. Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning): "And the earth We spread out, and placed therein firm mountains" [al-Hijr 15:19] Soul in the Quran: The Soul or Spirit of Allah. This soul of ours is an endowment that Allah has given us of His own spirit. So Allah will suffice you against them. And He is The All Hearing, The All Knowing."
